Not sure of your ring size? No worries. It's easier than you think! The quickest way to find out your ring size is by popping into your local jeweler for a professional ring sizing. They'll measure your finger and let you know the exact size you need.

If your size falls between whole numbers (hello, half sizes!), we recommend sizing up. You can always visit your jeweler later to add a removable ring guard for the perfect fit. That way, your fidget ring will stay comfy and snug, no matter what!

We want to make your exchange process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Simply fill out the return form included in your package, and use the prepaid label we’ve provided to send your fidget ring back to us. Best part? We’ve got you covered for your first exchange—no extra cost to you!

If you need to exchange your ring a second time, no problem! Just note that shipping charges will apply for additional exchanges.

We’ve got your back with hassle-free 30-day returns and exchanges! Each fidget ring order comes with a prepaid label, so you can send your fidget ring back with ease.

Holiday Returns/Exchanges: If you’re shopping between November 15, 2023, and December 25, 2023, you’ll have until January 31, 2024, to make an exchange or return. That’s plenty of time to find the perfect fit!

Your satisfaction is super important to us! If you're not 100% happy with your fidget ring, no worries—you can return it within 30 days for a refund (minus the initial shipping fee) or exchange. Just make sure the ring is unworn, in perfect condition, and still has its original tags and packaging.

Here’s how to return or exchange:

1. Email us at hello@anxiety-gone.comwith your order number and let us know if you're returning or exchanging.
2. Fill out the Return Form included in your package.
3. Pack everything up, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at the carrier.

International orders: Please note that international packages won’t include a prepaid label, so return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Just a heads-up: Any returns without prior notification or past the 30-day window may be refused. So, be sure to reach out to us first!

• Wear it often: One of the best ways to prevent tarnishing is by wearing your ring regularly! But over time, things like air pollutants, dust, perfumes, and even sweat can dull the shine.
• Skip the hand sanitizer: Hand sanitizer can be tough on your ring, so it’s best to take it off before using any.
• Keep it dry: To avoid tarnishing or discoloration, remove your ring before bathing, swimming, or immersing it in water.
• No harsh cleaners: Stay away from silver jewelry cleansers or any cleaning solutions with abrasives or ammonia. These can remove the blackened or oxidized finish on your ring.
• Quick clean: To remove dirt and oils, gently wipe your ring with a soft, clean cloth before storing it.
• Store with care: Keep your ring in the satin pouch we provide or a small bag when you're not wearing it, and store it in a cool, dry place to prevent tarnishing or scratches.

Good news! All MeditationRings come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty (with proof of purchase). If your ring needs a little TLC, you can send it back for repairs. In most cases, there’s no charge, unless it’s for extensive damage or missing parts like bands.
